Surface rain animation appears when items from mined blocks are collected.

There is a rain animation underground when collecting items

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Wait for rain naturally or toggle on through commands
2. With any pickaxe, go underground and mine a block
3. Glance up slightly when collecting the item and an x-ray like rain animation appears for a split second.
