Rain glitches through slabs

if it's raining and you have slabs above you in the rain you can't see the rain, but if you look up at the slabs and pick up any item/block the rain glitches through the slabs for a quick second and it looks pretty weird. I haven't tested this out on many other blocks, I just noticed it when I picked something up while building a roof.
