Bought game years ago, no longer availble via my login.

Can no access my game anymore via my login. It has been years since I last try, but that shouldn't make a difference. You also have no support system in place so reporting as a bug, however it is big so don't feel to bad using this system.

This is a bugtracker, not a support team. Take a look at this. If that didn't help, contact customer support.

No issues logging in. As mentioned there was no link to support just bugs from main support page. Bit lacking, like they are trying to avoid customer interaction. Thanks for the link I have now created a support case vai that. 

Created support request on the 26th and still no response. Support is pretty bad for this game.

Re-bought with extras, now all the extras have gone and created a new ticket, I assume I will have to wait over a month again for no response.
