No issues logging in. As mentioned there was no link to support just bugs from main support page. Bit lacking, like they are trying to avoid customer interaction. Thanks for the link I have now created a support case vai that.
I'm on iPhone 7 with all of the same freeze & progress lost upon exit problems. Over the weekend, after doing a full backup, I restored my phone to factory settings, and then restored from that backup. For whatever reason, I haven't had the freeze issue since then, and I've been in and out of the game multiple times over past 2 days. Not long, so it might be too soon to know for sure, but for now I'm good. Just passing this along.
Hi all. I may or may not have a temporary, annoying and easy to forget patch for this. After losing many hours myself with this same 'freeze/crash' upon exit problem, I have found that when I sign in (I'm on an iPhone 7plus running latest update of the game) and choose my game, if I do my thing for a few minutes and then save & exit, after logging back in I've been able to play for extended periods without losing progress. I do still save, exit and reload periodically for good measure, but so far this is working for me.
Same frozen problem. Save and exit freezes game and progress is lost.
I've observed the same bug in 0.12.1
Oh sorry, cause of the bug I didn't play my map in a long time. 🙂
A few seconds ago I tested it with version 1.4.5. The 4 teleport locations works pretty fine. Thanks! 🙂

Created support request on the 26th and still no response. Support is pretty bad for this game.
Re-bought with extras, now all the extras have gone and created a new ticket, I assume I will have to wait over a month again for no response.
