In game, players can experience pending ticks that randomly occur. There is no way to reproduce the bug. The effects of the bug is that if you break block while the game is pending ticks/chunks, the blocks will reappear. Mobs will not have AI when the game is pending ticks/chunks. The player can move fine. You can place blocks like normal. The sounds will not play until the game has finished pending ticks/chunks.
This is not reproduceable because it is something that happens randomly
This is more common on lower end devices and the nether
Breaking blocks don't play breaking sound and animation, Damage is delayed, blocks don't have sound/don't place at all, no other entity is moving, etc.
