Game sluggish and weird loading bar sometimes spears

So, every since the 1.16.201 hotfix came out, my game has been sluggish. sound effects would be delayed, and chunk loading would take a while. (the blocks would highlight though, as if they were there) sometimes, the sides of blocks (mostly glass) would disapear and would either look hollow or be a empty void. for the second part of the report, if the game was too sluggish and I open a menu (inventory, chest, crafting table, etc) a weird grey and black loading  bar would apear. half the time it would go away, but other times in stay forever. I wouldnt be able to interact with the chat, menu, and emote buttons, as well as not being able to place, break, and attack. the game would let me move though, but thats it. I would have to forcefully reload (close and reopen) my game and start playing again. also, loading a world would sometimes take a while or softlock the game. I cannot capture the delayed sound effects, but i can with the chunks, glass textures, and loading bar. sorry if the picture are bad, but they should give an idea on what to fix.
