item/stack error

i can enter the game, i can access worlds and servers, but i cannot use any server specific items (items that transport me to worlds (sky wars, factions, sky block, ect...). Also whenever i attempt to shift click an item in my inventory the item doesn't move, when i click an item (to move it around in my inventory) i need to click and hold to move an item or stack, i cant set down a singular item (from a stack). Finally whenever i'm at the server select or world select it shows all the worlds as being "selected". i have tried the majority of versions compatible with hypixle (1.8 through 1.14.4), none fix the problem
