Armor stands that have the Small:1b tag have eye levels in the incorrect position and aren't aligned to its eyes.
Small armor stands that are positioned within blocks now appear dark as their eye level is too low.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-107156, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
