particle bug

basically this bug has bean for quite of while, and it's kinda anoying.

Every particle is beaning displayed under/behind stuff like water, sugar canes, dead entities, and stuff like that

for example when you eat and look at water you can see it's displayed under the water, the same thing goes for torch fire, potion effect particles, smoke particles.
