The name for Nether Wart Block should be updated to Crimson Wart Block.
Inconsistency, as the blue variant is called Warped Wart Block. Canon with the wood types, vegetation etc.

Nether wart blocks can still be crafted from nether wart so changing it would be inconsistent.

Maybe renaming the nether wart item to "Crimson Wart" to perhaps?

Yes. We need the warped wart as a non-full block.
