Title tells all: on the server I run, at least for me, the new signs cannot be crafted in a crafting table. They can be obtained using /give. I am fairly certain this is not intended behavior.

same on solo, the sign recipe doesn't exist
edit: they can only be obtained with /give or in the creative menu, please fix
edit2: by the way when on a crimson/warped plank they don't match the texture
i think they should match the texture 100% as a special feature
