[MC-171365] Mushroom stems do not drop themselves when broken without Silk Touch

Almost certaintly intentional/feature request but as of 1.16 this behaviour is now not consistent with fungal stem blocks found in the Nether.

Possibly a feature request due to nether fungi being equivalent to trees and not huge mushrooms
