Crimson Doors Duplicate When Broken

So it appears to be that if you break Crimson doors at all they duplicate. If I break 1 door it will drop 2 doors instead of only 1.

-How To Replicate:

-Make A Crimson Door With The New Crimson Planks

-Place The Door

-Break The Door And See That It Has Duplicated
