The same occurs for me with crimson doors as well as the warped doors

Actually if you break the two new door using any method except punching in creative mode would reproduce the bug. (e.g. removing the supporting block below it)

There are also some occurrence that removing the supporting block can leave the top half of the door remain itself.

It's depressing how people don't search for a bug before reporting it
