[MC-171480] Huge FPS stuttering while doing nothing

It's unplayble. Minecraft just gets worse and worse every new update. It was fine in 1.7.10.

This is not a valid bug report. We only accept tickets about performance if they are about a specific cause of lag / worse performance. "My game has worse performance than before" is not useful to the developers.

Good examples for tickets about performance are MC-168748 or MC-162253.

Developers anyways won't fix anything. There is a bunch of similar topics but with details and even suggestions for imroving, and without outcome. The client and the minecraft-server.jar is at it's worst in terms of performance.
