Fast Lava Textures and Fast fire burning/moving

Lava texture is as fast and moves faster/fire burns and moves (texture and spreading speed) faster.
What I expected to happen was to have NORMAL lava and NORMAL fire.
What actually happened was the lava texture and movement/fire texture and movement was faster than normal.
1. Place lava in creative. (Not sure about survival.)
2.Start a fire in creative. (Not sure about survival.)
