End portals placed in nether teleport incorrectly

When placing a end portal in the nether using the /setblock command, when you enter it you will be teleported to your exact coordinates in the end (as shown in the screenshots and video). This can sometimes cause you to spawn in the middle of nothing in the end. This does not happen in the overworld. This happens from version 1.14 onwards.
