If you use an End portal in the Nether at coords 10000 ~ ~, it teleports you to the End, but at coordinates 10000 ~ ~ instead of your main island.

Just tried in the lastest Snapshot and I can back up this statment thought the end was broken

Can confirm. This behavior isn't present in 1.13. In 1.14 it is, so, something changed between those two major releases causing this issue.
