In 1.15.2 custom maps like Skyblock that have their End Portals located in the Nether linked to the Obsidian Platform at the End Main Island. In this recent version of the snapshot when using the End Portal as described now causes the coordinates to be treated in the same manner as Nether Portals by multiplying the coordinates by 8.

It is similar in that the behavior is the same but it is different in that instead of going to the exact same coords that you are in the nether it multiplies the coords by 8 like it would do if it were a nether portal. That bug tracker is for a 1:1 coord teleport from Nether to End. This issue is a 1:8 teleport Nether to End.

It seems that MC-169008 may have changed slightly in that case, but the general issue is still being tracked there.

This is still different in that when this happens the Obsidian platform does not generate at the END teleported location either.

That bug is stating that if the player is at 16, Y, 16 in the nether and jumps in an End Portal they end up at 16, Y, 16 in the end, whereas this bug staring at the same coords in the Nether (16, Y, 16) and jump in an End Portal I am teleported to 128, Y, 128 in the End. So no it is not the same thing as the other bug.
