[MC-171699] Fire and Soul Fire don't burn items.

Throwing an item into fire or soul fire doesn't burn the item regardless of gamemode, dimension, or direction facing. Affects non-netherite items.

However, this issue is a Duplicate of MC-170881.

That ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game, you can check the Fix Version/s field in that ticket to learn more.
