The bug
Piglins with crossbows will gladly switch their crossbow for any golden item, instead of just picking up the golden item and putting it into their inventory, like piglins with swords do.
To reproduce
Summon a piglin with a crossbow
Drop a golden item (gold block, golden apple, ...) towards it
The piglin picks up the golden item and inspects it
→ ❌ The piglin puts the crossbow away and now holds the golden item as its weapon

Issue reappeared according to MC-180068.
Isn't that WAI? o.O They LOVE gold, so gold block would be "I'm rich! I don't need this weapon anymore"
