Parrots don't imitate hoglins, zoglins and piglins

Parrots not imitating zombified piglin, or once called zombie pigmen is intended due to the fix of MC-163400.

[Helper] DrownedZombie is there a specific reason why zombie pigmen / zombified piglins aren't meant to be imitated by parrots? I looked at that fix and it doesn't say why.

#Chase Sutton Ah yes there is. Parrots only imitate hostile mobs. The reason why the sounds of zombified piglins aren't imitated by parrots is because they're neutral mobs.
