The bug
If a piglin is left handed and you throw/right-click gold at them, they will look at their own weapon in the left hand and not at the right hand. In the screenshot below here, this piglin is left handed but is staring at it's own weapon.

So apperentally left handed piglins exist so when you barder with them they do hold the gold in the right hand but they look at there left hand with the wepon in it instead of looking at the gold.

I can't spawning left-handed piglins, please reopen this issue.
To fix, can regression the change for 20w09a and 20w10a, because left-handed piglins cannot spawning.
@poweredbow This issue is fixed. I recommend you use the /summon command to spawn in left-handed piglins with the tag LeftHanded and put 1b next to it. Some mobs have a chance of spawning as left-handed.
Piglins can no longer be left handed actually, not even when spawned with commands (in 20w10a when you summon a left handed Piglin the tag is immediately reset to 0)
