[MC-172495] No lava logging

I can't lava log whatsoever. Maybe it has been happening since 1.13, who knows ¯\.(ツ)/¯

To reproduce, take lava and put it on any block that can be waterlogged like a campfire, a slab, a cauldron, a stair, etc.

I don't think lava logging is a thing? I believe it's only water logging that's possible.
