[MC-172593] Farmers Only Plant Wheat

Try as I might to provide the farmers with a ludicrous abundance of potatoes and carrots, they constantly wreck the farms with wheat.

It seems it isn't impossible to get farmers to stop planting wheat, it's just incredibly hard and they will always choose wheat if possible.

I have same issue, carrot and potato farms are being replaced with wheat. Gets pretty annoying.

Can you reproduce this in the latest release?
