I have same issue, carrot and potato farms are being replaced with wheat. Gets pretty annoying.

The 2 worlds I previously mentioned:

My wife's world sees aquatic mobs as expected since 1.14.1

My world still does not see aquatic mobs after 1.14.1 I've tried loading backups into 1.14.1 and none will see aquatic mobs.

I have 2 survival worlds started in 1.8. Neither world sees aquatic mobs spawning after update. Turtles that were around, are still around. Only fish I see are fish that have been in a bucket.
