Soul Sand and Soul Soil don't make sound
What I expected to happen was...:
The blocks to have sound.
What actually happened was...:
No sound from blocks.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place block, no sound.
2. Breaking block, no sound.
3. Broke block, no sound.
4. Walking on the blocks, no sound.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-172084, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
