Piglins dont attack wither skeletons when they have the invulnerable tag

When multiple Piglins have the "Invulnerable" tag set to one, they will not attack hogins/wither skeletons, unless one more piglin is spawned naturally or with its spawn egg

This could be because the mob has custom NBT when it is spawned
