When creating a new world only one type of peaceful mob (Cow, Pig, ect.)
will spawn for miles out making it difficult to collect certain resources.
Steps to creating bug.
1. Create new world on Survival.

Just created a survival world in 13w22a, found several packs of wolves, 200 meters away some sheep, cows and pigs (walked through Taiga and Wood biomes).
