Zombified Piglin's arms face downwards instead of forward, like old zombie pigman did.

I doubt this was intentional, because the promo art for the zombified piglin on twitter shows its arms still up like a zombie.

Can confirm. Though this is most likely intentional, but it makes zombified piglins look like retextured piglins.
