[MC-173319] Scoreboard health: unknown criteria 'health'

So I was just making a shooter type game with command and when I tried to get a scoreboard representing my health it was just gone. I've used this many times in other versions and I don't think it's normal that it's gone. I can only show you a screenshot, tested it in other worlds, same issue.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

I don't have this problem anymore but I notice that many scoreboards were actually not available. Also the scoreboard with criteria 'health' was apparently added while I couldn't use it yesterday.
