[MC-173343] Fossil Generation Through Bedrock Ceiling

I was flying around in spectator mode to look at the new biomes and found an air pocket with a fossil that had generated through the bedrock. In the middle is a hole that was previously filled by a fossil block, and as can be seen, it provides direct access to the nether roof.
