Java Menu Is Not Working, Help

Hello Mojang, I found a glitch this morning and it is horrible! can you please fix it, the glitch is that when you go to any menu like the singleplayer and multiplayer menu it looks like it selects everything this is only a visual glitch but annoying none the less, and along with this the inventory does not work, like what I mean by this is that you have to drag items around your inventory and you can not click them.
