When water is over a hopper the water particles "dripping" from the hopper are at an incorrect location and appear to be hovering below the hopper. Does not affect gameplay. Visual only.

Related to MC-1390. May require a separate fix, though a generic fix may be possible to handle both, as well as other non-cubes.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
