Glitch Of Enchanted Armor Won't Appear

The glint of enchanted armor does not show in third person nor in the inventory. The item itself glints in its slot, but not the armor when viewing it. I only tested this for netherite armor and restarting the game didn't fix it. This glitch doesn't apply to holdable items.
