End gateways broken

Throwing an ender pearl at the end gateway causes the player to teleport next to the portal instead of going through, therefore not allowing players to go through the gateway using an ender pearl. Occasionally you can glitch through the bedrock and it allows you to go through. Sometimes you also "miss" the gateway portal, which upon glitching through will cause the "missed" ender pearl to fly out the other side and teleport the player.
