Fire blocks have a hitbox and wool sound effect

As I was playing the new snapshot and went to experiment with the new fire, I noticed it has a hitbox similar to a carpet. It also produced block particles and the wool break sound when extinguished. I also found when fire is lit on the side of a block, it doesn't bulge out like it used to. I assume this will be fixed soon because it is in the snapshot.
