[MC-174026] Teleporting to another dimension while holding the sneak key doesn't keep sneaking state

To reproduce, walk into a nether portal while holding the shift key. Once you're in the nether, observe how you're walking at normal speed.

Only affects some systems/environments. Forced crash report of affected environment is attached.

I cannot reproduce this behavior in 1.18.2 or 22w19a. Even with the toggle sneak accessibility feature enabled, the player's sneaking state is maintained whilst changing dimensions.
