Bees not angered after getting honey from hive

Very simple to explain.. basically bees are not being angered when I use a bottle on their hive and get honey. Instead, they just continue to use the flower it was on. Before, they got angered despite whether or not they were inside the hive, and whether or not they were using a flower.
