[MC-174084] Cats don't follow because they get confused

Have you noticed how cats don't follow you when you walk near a bunch of chests and beds. This happens all the time when you walk near a house or a city. This bug has been on Minecraft since 1.14 and its annoying so please fix it by 1.16

Can confirm for 20w11a. They will not teleport either while attempting to get to beds or chests, and neither will they once actually on a bed or chest.
