When I teleport when I set a spawn point, it worked. But when I added a spawn point to the Nether, I wasn't able to teleport to that old spawn point, even though it was still in the over world, and still existed in the game. When I typed in the coordinates, -1771, 62, -1018, it said "No entity was found."

The correct command is /tp -1771 62 -1028
. The error message sometimes comes up, for example, when you provide an extra argument when you mistyped. In that case, the first argument is interpreted as player name.
Also, for crossdimentional teleportation you need to use something like /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp -1771 62 -1028
I also want there to be three spawn points in the next screenshot, one in the Over World, one in the Nether, and one in the End.
