[MC-174149] Players in creative mode appear to be standing up while flying in a 1.5 block tall space

The bug

If you try to fly in a 1.5 block hight space and you are in F5 / third person mode, you will see your head getting stuck in the block above you. This does not effect your head position in first person mode.
