[MC-148428] Player sneaking / crouching animation is not shown when flying down in creative and spectator mode

The bug

I recently discovered that when you crouch to go down in creative, it won't do it's crouching animation.

If you press spacebar 2 times to drop down faster, then you will see the player will crouch.

Crouching itself works normally as it should, but this only happens in creative and spectator mode.

It might be intended. Not showing the sneaking animation while flying would make more sense, especially when sneaking behavior has been changed.

The sneaking pose doesn’t even show if you are in a 1.5 blocks high place in flying mode which I don’t think is intended. So I created a bug report for that. MC-185327
