[MC-174155] End Gateway Not Working

When attempting to travel to outer end islands by throwing an ender pearl into the end gateway, the pearl teleports the player right next to the end gateway. The player is not teleported to the outer end islands. Here is a video of me trying to use the end gateway. https://youtu.be/YphrfHNG-EU
