Can't place Soul Fire in force way

What does the title mean?

It WAS normally Soul Fire can ** B placed in 4ce by cmd & so on. Now it breaks @ 1ce even thou using cmd.

How to produce?

Use cmd "/setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:soul_fire". It breaks immediately.
