Shulkers riding a vehicle sometimes appear in the ground after reopening world

The bug

Shulkers riding a vehicle appear for a very short moment inside of the ground when reopening a world or destroying the vehicle after reopening the world.

Reproduction steps

1. Get shulker mount vehicles

   /summon boat ~ ~ ~ {Passengers:[{id:shulker}]}

2. Save and quit to title

3. Re-enter the world
   ❌ You might already see the shulker for a short moment inside of the ground (shulker is rendered black)

4. Destroy the vehicle of the shulker
   ❌ The shulker appears for a short moment inside of the ground (shulker is rendered black)
