Honeycombs Harvested With Shears Can Pass Through Glass

When keeping bees inside a glass enclosure and harvesting the nests / hives with shears, the honeycombs will sometimes fly through the glass and land on the outside.

I have not yet automated my farm so I am manually harvesting the hives.
