[MC-174494] issues naming nametags and other items in a anvil

I was going to name a endermite for a enderman farm and I was not able to name the nametag in a anvil. And later on I tried with tools and other items and it did not work

This issue should have been [fixed|MC-173725] in 20w11a, if you're still experiencing this, can you attach a video showing the bug?

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-173725, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.

However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game.
