[MC-17451] On realms I can't create a server for me and my friend to play on

Me and my friend are wanting to play minecraft together but when I got on realms and logged in there wasn't a button to create a server which would be the "new" button

Please attach a screenshot of the realms screen, and a manual crashlog created by holding F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame, and subsequently found in the ".minecraft\crash-reports" folder.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
