When attempting to "hoe" dirt with a slab on the top half of the block over it, nothing happens. The dirt block beneath is outlined, but it doesn't turn to farmland upon right click.

You can in fact till dirt, however, this is a duplicate of MC-103899.
That´s not a Bug, it´s a Feature
